Holiday Libations of Limoncello..Ho Ho Ho

We are down to the wire for spontaneous gift giving. Your liquor store as usual can never let you down.
So, I have an idea. Recently Limoncello has become very popular in the U.S., United Kingdom, New Zealand, & Austria as an ingredient in cocktails. Typically Limoncello has been served chilled as a digestvo after a meal.
Limoncello's is a lemon liqueur typically produced in Southern Italy, mainly in the region around the Gulf of Naples, the Sorrentine Peninsula and the coast of Amalfi and islands of Procida, Ischia and Capri, but also in Sicily, Sardinia, Menton in France and the Maltese island of Gozo. It is made from lemon rinds (traditionally from the Sorrento lemon.
At this time of the year, many liquor stores have Limoncello as a gift set, including two liqueur glasses. Pictured are Caravella & Danny de Vito Limoncello.

Hint, include one or two recipes using their new gift in a few different twists to sip the night away. Cheers!
