Night With My Stars - Blog Ball Part II

Time has come to leave your townhouse, pied-à-terre, or flat;
your crib, your chateau, your coop or your castle, it's all about fabulous
without none of the hassle.

listen up, sit straight, for I have this to say;
the master arrives eight sharp with his sleigh.

wisked away, wisked away through Rue's Cassini, Cournot, Clairut.

Le Marais, Le Hallis, Montmarte, Montparnasse, to boot.

for this night is ours in the city of light.

"La Ville-Lumière"

Syndey, Seattle, Drummoyne, & D.C.; Chattanooga, Atlanta, Hertfordtshire, New Orleans; Ontario, Philly, London, L.A.; Fort Worth, to Florida's Tampa Bay.
Birmingham, Brighton, Paris, New York; San Fran, Sugar Land,
all the way from Vancouver.

What counts is you're here & it's now, so enter you do.
This is my appreciation for you being you.

The peasants have gathered to see first hand, the lovely ladies and those manly men.
For they are the finest for all to see, their the people of blogland
who mean much to me.

There were so many wonderful people to list,
I know this is long but I just had to insist.
I tried so hard to show each & everyone,
but I fear that this feels like I have just begun.

So are you ready?

Let this grand party begin...

Kitty - it's Stella McCartney & organic fabrics for you!

"I must say, I am rather exhausted, anyone feel a draft?"

tay tuned for part III

{go forth & live responsibly}
thankful this Thanksgiving
for you

oh my goodness! At first, I was just impressed with the beautiful traveling images. Then I saw the guests (so honored to have been included!!). Perhaps it's the holidays that make me sappy but I was a little teary over it. You did a great job selecting the right outfit for everyone and thrilled to be a part of it.

What a beautiful post and I'm so honored and thankful you included me! And in Lanvin no less... how did you know? ;-) Loved all the images you picked... ah, if only Paris looked like that at the moment, but it's gray and rainy... sigh. Nevertheless, I'm sure come Christmas it will be beautiful and snowy bright again.

By the way, I fittingly (and by coincidence) not only did another Lanvin post, but also passed you an award, which you'll find on my blog. Hope you're having a lovely Thanksgiving! :)

I'm glad you're not wearing your Birkenstocks in that final photo of you... the black pumps are much more in keeping with the mood you're creating! ;-)

Now... if you happen to cross the border for those cinnamon buns, be sure to get in touch so I can join you. The bakery is just down the hill from where I live... which is good because the walk back home (up the big hill) is just what I need to burn those cinnamon bun calories!!

Hey, Deb!
Remember me, from Pop Circus?

I feel like I'm totally crashing the party here (And what a lovely one, at that!), but I just wanted to stop by and let you know that I've finally gotten my act together and updated my 'Blog Parade' list. So it now includes a link to YOUR wonderful corner of the 'sphere, finally! I'm sorry that I took so long getting around to it. I really have no excuse... Just guilty of bad blogger etiquette, I guess. :(

Oh, and I've also become an official Follower of Dumbwit Tellher. But, again, I should have done that ages ago! Sorry.

Maybe, if I'm a better blogger buddy from now on, I might make the party guest list next year... We'll see. ;)
